Brewing Methods
☕ Pour Over Method
Best for highlighting bright, complex flavors
Ratio: 1:16 (20g coffee → 320ml water)
Grind: Medium (like sea salt)
Time: 3-4 minutes

- Rinse filter with hot water
- Add ground coffee and create a well in the center
- Bloom: Pour 2x coffee weight in water, wait 30-45 seconds
- Pour remaining water in slow, circular motions
- Total brew time: 3-4 minutes
🫖 French Press
Best for full-bodied, rich flavor
Ratio: 1:15 (30g coffee → 450ml water)
Grind: Coarse
Time: 4 minutes

- Add coarse ground coffee to preheated press
- Pour hot water and stir gently
- Place lid on top (don't press yet)
- Wait 4 minutes
- Press plunger slowly and serve immediately
☕ Espresso
Best for concentrated, intense flavor
Dose: 18-20g for double shot

Time: 25-30 seconds

🔥 Moka Pot
Best for strong, espresso-style coffee
Grind: Medium-fine
Heat: Medium-low

- Fill bottom chamber with water to valve level
- Add ground coffee to basket (don't tamp)
- Assemble and place on medium-low heat
- Remove from heat when you hear gurgling
- Serve immediately
❄️ Cold Brew
Best for smooth, low-acidity coffee
Ratio: 1:8 (100g coffee → 800ml water)
Grind: Coarse
Time: 12-18 hours

- Combine coarse ground coffee and cold water
- Stir gently and refrigerate 12-18 hours
- Strain through filter
- Dilute concentrate 1:1 with water or milk
- Serve over ice
